All BICC products operate on the IBM AS/400e Series 64-Bit RISC Power PC family of business computers. The open and flexible Mid-Range IBM AS/400e platform, with its Relational Database Management System (RDMS), is now installed in more than 500,000 sites around the world.

Client Services Module
The BICC Client Services Overlay Module is easy to use. When a plan participant asks about current benefit eligibility or credit valuation for example, a staff member can answer questions with real-time on-line data and imaged documents. Our Client Services Module may be linked with Integrated Voice Response (IVR) to provide a completely automated response system for member service, saving time for staff members and plan participants.
