BICC’S Eligibility Processing System makes a complex calculation simple and transparent to the end user, provides on-line inquiry of a participant's history for status and level of benefits based on a specific date of service. The system will identify late contributions, recalculate eligibility and flag transactions which require a change in processing.
COBRA processing, from election notice to payment to termination notice, as well as a plan’s self-payment programs, are also controlled.
Complete dependent maintenance, other family insurance information and numerous statistical reports allow the Fund Administrator control over this critical process.
Our Eligibility module seamlessly integrates with the Remittance/Contribution and Claims Processing modules to provide accurate eligibility records for appropriate benefit payments to members and providers. The BICC Eligibility Processing Module is available with Integrated Voice Response (IVR).
CLAIMS PROCESSING
BICC’S Claims Processing System is fast, flexible and functional, allowing an organization to self-administer claims while improving service and control. During the on-line adjudication process, eligibility is verified, plan determination is made, claims history is searched and the appropriate payment is calculated. Checks, EOB’s and correspondence are easily tailored to individual specifications.
On-line inquiries, user defined schedules, date driven parameters, processor level authority and audit controls, provider contract and PPO capability are fully integrated with a relational database to provide "main frame" capabilities in a "mid range" environment.
This product seamlessly integrates with the BICC Benefit Fund Administration System.
The BICC Claims Processing Module is available with EDI, Integrated Document Imaging, Integrated Voice Response (IVR), and MICR Laser Check Printing.
